Jellyfish Eyes



This is showing tonight at the Dallas Museum of Art and I'm sorry to say, but it's sold out.

But, maybe, you don't live in Dallas.

Well, I missed this one, but it doesn't look like a big loss.
Here's some 80's hell from the vaults. Remember Klaus Nomi? He was the very gay performance artist/singer that was the court jester in the early 80's New York scene. He also was among the first celebrities to die of AIDS.

(BTW, check out Nomi's performance of "Cold Genius". If the song sounds familiar, it was the basis for Michael Nyman's soundtrack for "The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover".
