I was at work and looked up and there was the A-Kon web site on tv and they were talking about you. At least I "made a differnce" and really got people interested in this purpose!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7693402.post-1114374724265154362005-04-24T15:32:00.000-05:002005-04-24T15:32:00.000-05:00Incidentally, those Nuklearpower/8-Bit Theater guy...Incidentally, those Nuklearpower/8-Bit Theater guys are often guests at Anime Festival Orlando, where I often run my schtick as well. Ryan (Red Mage) is a classy gent who knows about the Mad Bull manga and everything. But does he know about the recent sequel, Mad Bull 2000? DUN DUN DUN!

On the subject of cons, Jacon was last week, and even though I didn't run a Panel OF DOOM (I do that one at AFO in August), the attendance for Anime That Sucks at 8 PM Saturday was large enough that they couldn't even close the doors. I attribute my success to two factors: one, that the con was large enough to draw about 3000 people; two, I drafted and printed up some B&W flyers at 3 AM the day of the con to place at strategic locations. Perhaps someday I should learn how to actually USE Acrobat.Daryl Surathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16164554062892835529noreply@blogger.com
