I once tuned into the show, and thought it was pretty bad (somehow I noticed the tape you have was the show as produced by some Canadian group, there was another one in Spain that did a version of the cartoon I had to see before).
Looks like you can watch the entire slop courtesy of Hulu these days... http://www.movieweb.com/tv/TEfv1ghgXRGhil/HUiftiipO3wJln
Lots more 80s and 90s craptastic cartoon VHS covers to go. I can't resist buying these when I find them.
It's kind of sad to think of the 80s and 90s as the age of really bad cartoons. Maybe not as bad as the stuff that came out of Filmation in the 70s. But still pretty bad.

I think about that everyday! It's just painful looking back.
Speaking of which, Warner is going to release an 80's Saturday Morning Cartoons set in a few months! This pretty much has 'em all (although it fails to include Pac-Man, Rubik, the Amazing Cube and Smurfs, I'll give it points for the Ed Grimley cartoon though, that one was classic)! http://comicsworthreading.com/2010/02/09/saturday-morning-cartoons-1980s-announced/

I really need to rip and post this. It's really bad.
Another 90's cartoon for the trash heap!
